Feist

Maravilloso:

*Dr. Bombodee*

Walter Ferguson
Calypso, Cahuita, Costa Rica.

"...In places it's a very personal record and a lot of it is retrospective, drawing from memory, like memories from being a kid, from Liverpool and from summers gone. The album is evocative, emotional, rocking, but I can't really sum it up in one sentence"

Disco: "The Great Unwanted"

Shake, shake, shimmy.
You know that you soothe the aches
and the troubles within me.
Pretending that everything’s cool,
When I’m twenty seven shades of blue,
And my lips are unhappy without you.
My lips are unhappy without you.

Honey suckle, you’re missing.
But I make the morning dew glisten,
By just hoping and wishing.
Pretending that I’ve got a clue.
When I’m twenty seven shades of blue,
And my lips are unhappy without you.
My lips are unhappy without you.

Shake, shake, shimmy, shimmy,
Shake, shake, shimmy, shimmy,
Shake, shake, shimmy, shimmy,
Shake, shake, shimmy, shimmy,
Shake, shake, shimmy, shimmy, etc etc etc....

Let’s have bizarre celebrations
Let’s forget who forget what forget where
We’ll have bizarre celebrations
I’ll play the Satyr in Cypris you the bride being stripped bare

Let’s pretend we don’t exist
Let’s pretend we’re in Antartica

Let’s have bizarre celebrations
Lets forget when forget what forget how
We’ll have bizarre celebrations
We’ll play Tristan and Izolde but make sure I see white sails

Maybe I’ll never die
I’ll just keep growing younger with you
And you’ll grow younger too
now it seems too lovely to be true
but I know the best things always do

let’s pretend we don’t exist
let’s pretend we’re in Antartica

(Cova)
